1. Acceptance of Terms

Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account termination and the freezing of any associated credit balance. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials, including their username and password, at all times.
Your password must be strong and must not be shared with any other party. 3030 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other unofficial channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 3030 support team immediately. 3030 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials. All activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own actions, unless you have reported the unauthorised access to us in writing.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 3030 platform are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted comply with the applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The use of this platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Users may not use any automated software, bots, or other technical methods to access or interact with the 3030 platform outside of its normal and intended use. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate the gaming system will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.

In no event shall 3030's total maximum liability for any user claim exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim in question. This liability cap applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and cannot be waived by any oral or written agreement. Users hereby agree to release 3030 from any claims exceeding this stated liability limit.
6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
3030 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses and promotions. Account suspension may be carried out immediately and without prior notice in cases involving clear security threats or illegal activity. During the suspension period, users will be unable to access their account, make deposits, or withdraw their balance. An internal investigation will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe, and users will be notified of the outcome via their registered email.

10. Applicable Law

If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty days, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
